Shipping & Returns
The Shipping charges will be added to the grand total of your order. Please Notice we ship using UPS, Our huge discounted rate with UPS due to our shipping volume , allows us to pass the saving on to you.
All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. If you need a package by a certain date please indicate that on the “Comment Box” at check out so we can arrange the best shipping method for you. All Packages are shipped out UPS ground unless other shipping method chosen on the order. All international orders will be shipped using UPS, or USPS.
L.A.Wholesale Distributors, concentrates on offering the best-selling styles in the industry. However, we do understand that certain styles don't sell as well in your area as they might elsewhere. If you have a style that you cant sell, you can return it for an exchange or refund up to 90 days after receipt of the sunglasses. Please review the simple instructions below to see if you qualify.
All Sunglass merchandise must be returned in original sellable condition as follows:
a) in Original Gray Box with no markings
b) plastic sleeves on all glasses
c) no tags cut off
d) must be in full dozens
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from L.A.Wholesale Distributors for Exchanges.
All other merchandise being exchanged must be in brand new condition, as you received them. This does include the same packaging as well! Please allow 1-2 weeks for all exchanges. Please note that on Exchanges , we do not charge a re-stocking fee. We charge re-stocking fee on Returns Only
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us for a refund. All claims must be made 7 business days after receipt of the merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as we shipped.
All merchandise leaving our warehouse is in brand new condition, we double check all orders to make sure it meets our standards. When returning an order or merchandise, there is a RESTOCKING FEE. All orders returned will be charged 25% of the gross order total, as we do have a 25% restocking fee.
If you have any questions, or concerns before you order please make sure to email us or call us . As a company policy there is no recourse from this 25% restocking fee.
A return can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks until we issue a refund. Please be 100% sure you want your order before placing it. Please note we do offer the highest quality of products to all our customers.
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery, otherwise there is nothing we can due in the matter as its a company policy. All missing items must be reported to us within 3 business days after receipt of merchandise. Claims for missing items reported after 3 business days, will not be honored ( NO EXCEPTIONS).
Any delivery that arrives damaged or is missing merchandise must be reported to the UPS driver and/or contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS to initiate a claim. Freight damages & claims are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with them immediately. If you need further assistance please feel free to email us within 24 hours of delivery. Shipping Restrictions and International Shipping:
Due to the high volume of Credit Card Fraud, all international orders must be paid in advance Via Bank Wire-Transfer. (We will provide bank information upon receipt of order).International orders must be done by email or Fax. We do offer 90 day money back guarantee to all our customers; However,Customer is responsible for Shipping and Handling charges on all exchanges or returns.If the items are returned in good condition, the refund amount is the price paid for the item, less shipping and handling fees and a 25% re-stocking fee may or may not apply depending on the condition of the merchandise returned. If you prefer to exchange the item for another item, the re-stocking fee will be waived.
